The 46th Annual Bay Area Fun Festival, with the theme “SUNSETS AND SANDY SHORES!”, is almost here! 

Join for Coos Bay’s longest-running event, happening in Downtown Coos Bay on Saturday, September 20th and Sunday, September 21st.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• The World-Famous Prefontaine Memorial Run: Start the weekend with the 45th annual 10k race on Saturday at 10 AM, honoring Coos Bay native Steve Prefontaine. The Pre-Run for Kids is on Sunday at 1 PM at the Marshfield High School track!
• Parade Fun: Don’t miss the must-watch Fun Festival Parade on Saturday at 1 PM, winding through downtown Coos Bay. There’s still time to enter your business or organization! Find applications at .
• Rotary Cruz the Coos & Show ‘n Shine: Admire vintage cars at the Show ‘n Shine at the Mill Casino on Saturday from 11 AM – 3 PM, then watch up to 500 classic cars cruise the streets of downtown starting at 6 PM!
• Live Music, Food & Shopping: Enjoy live music from local bands on 3rd Street, grab some delicious food, and explore the vendor market with awesome shopping! And yes, 7 Devils Brewery will be there with their best ales and ciders!
