What is “Baby Promise”?
Baby Promise is a pilot project through the Oregon Department of Education’s Early Learning Division funded through the Child Care and Development Block Grant designed to develop and refine strategies that build a supply of quality infant and toddler care.
Does my family qualify?
- Children must be between the ages of 6 weeks and 3 years, and
- Families must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and
- Employed and approved for employment related day care (ERDC) state assistance program
